Mr. Kamal Kumar and his wife Mrs. Jamuna Barman - parents of Kajal Barman accompanied by Mrs. Kusum Rai (aunt of Kajal Barman), resident of C-2/89, New Ashok Nagar, Vasundhra Enclave, East Delhi - 110096 are present in the court. 2.

Ms. Kusum Rai submits that she and Mr. Kamal Kumar, her brother were cohabiting until her brother has shifted to Ghaziabad on account of his job.

It is further submitted by Ms. Kusum Rai that she wishes to keep Kajal Barman with her in the interest of education and wellbeing of Kajal Barman and assured that she shall provide education and look after her.

In view of the above statement of Ms. Kusum Rai, it is submitted by Mr. Ramesh Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the Govt. of NCT of Delhi that there will be no difficulty in grant of admission to Kajal Barman to a school in New Ashok Nagar. He assured this court that the needful shall be done within a week from today.

We may note that Dr. Prem Saral, Principal, Rajkiya Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, New Ashok Nagar, Delhi - 110096 is also present in Court and assured that the needful would be done at the earliest.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. 7.

In case of any difficulty, it shall be open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application to this Court. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signatures of the Court Master.
