% 05.09.2017 The petitioners who are of age have married amongst themselves in the month of December, 2015. However, the fact of marriage was disclosed by petitioner No.1 to her parents only recently. The marriage has not been accepted gracefully by the family members of the petitioner No.1. There have been many instances when respondent Nos.2 and 3 who are directly related to petitioner No.1 have threatened the petitioners of dire consequences. Hence the present petition has been filed seeking protection against respondent Nos.2 & 3.

Notice. Ms.Srilina Roy, Adv. proxy to Ms.Nandita Rao, ASC accepts notice.

This Court has been assured that the officer incharge of the concerned police station shall be informed and made known the observation of this

Court to provide protection to the petitioners. For the aforesaid, the petitioners would be required to give their residential address to Ms.Srilina Roy, who shall transmit the same to the officer incharge of the concerned police station. It is thereby directed that necessary protection be granted to the petitioners and it is required to be ensured that no harm is caused to them.
