The petitioners have filed the present petitions, inter alia, impugning the respective entry refusal memos dated 18.10.2018, denying the petitioners entry into India.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the petitioners were denied entry into India as there has been a visa violation. It is further alleged that although the petitioners had come to India on X-2 Visas, however, their principal purpose was to come to India was to play professional football and further conduct trading/business. In addition, the respondents have also pointed out other Visa violations in their affidavit. 5.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is unable to verify the facts as affirmed on behalf of the respondents, since the present petitions have been filed by the respective wives of the petitioners and they are unable to ascertain the correct facts from the petitioners or the authorities in Nigeria.

In view of the above, the present petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file afresh after ascertaining the relevant facts. All pending applications are disposed of.
