% 13.12.2017 Ld. counsel for the petitioner concedes that the peaceful vacant possession of the property, subject matter of the proceedings, was delivered by the respondent to the petitioner on 06.11.2017. It is however, contended on behalf of the petitioner that there was delay in handing over the possession in strict compliance of the undertaking given to this Court. Ld. counsel for the petitioner on his part submits that even for the delayed period he has paid rent vide cheque bearing no. 628487 dated 04.10.2017 drawn on Canara Bank, Rock Field Public School, Delhi, in the sum of Rs. 4,000/-. Ld. counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that though the said cheque is received, but, it has not been sent for clearance. I do not consider that for these triffle issues the Contempt Petition needs to be kept pending any further. Petitioner is at liberty

to seek encashment of the cheque already given. Petition and the pending application stand disposed off accordingly.
