The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent no.2 to take action as per law and remove the encroachment as mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2016 (annexure P-1). The petitioner alleges that certain lands falling in Khasra No.228 and 230, Village Gadaipur, Chhattarpur, New Delhi110030 have been encroached and illegal constructions is being raised. 2.
The learned counsel for respondent no.1 (Delhi Waqf Board) states that necessary action under Section 54 of the Waqf Act, 1995 has already been initiated.

In the circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed except to direct the respondents to conclude the action initiated as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of.
