The grievance of the petitioner in this case is only that the web portal of the respondent is not permitting the petitioner uploading the names of its students.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the students were admitted before the prescribed date i.e. 5th October, 2018.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to set the situation right and ensure that the names of all the students of the petitioner/institute are uploaded on the web portal of the respondent within two weeks from today. W.P.(C) 12114/2018

Accordingly, the prayer in the writ petition stands satisfied, the writ petition is disposed of.
