After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed inasmuch as today only a preliminary decree is passed and final decree proceedings have yet to take place. In case, appellant seeks to purchase one or more shares belonging to other co-owners in terms of the preliminary decree more so because of Section 22 of the Hindu Succession Act or any other legal positoin, then all such aspects can always be raised by the appellant in the final decree proceedings.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed but with the aforesaid observations.
