% 17.12.2018 Review Petition 449/2018 & C.M. No. 52908/2018 The petitioner has preferred the present review petition to seek review of our order dated 26.11.2018 passed in the writ petition. He also seeks interim relief that he may be transferred to some other Institute during the period of inquiry.

The petitioner‟s original application assailing his transfer is rejected by the Tribunal. This court has dismissed his writ petition. It does not lie in the mouth of the petitioner to dictate to the respondent as to which place he should be transferred.

Dismissed.
