% 24.10.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the arbitration clause governing the parties, exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the High Court of Punjab & Haryana. In view of the same, she prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same before an appropriate forum.

Petition along with pending application are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
