% 22.01.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was a quarrel between the petitioner and her relatives and cross-cases have been filed by them against each other. However, for the sake of maintaining peace, the parties have bound themselves to not take law into their own hands. Furthermore, the police would keep an eye on the matter so that there is no breach of law and order. The petitioner further submits that since the previous date of hearing, nothing untoward has happened to the petitioner or to respondents No. 5 to 8.
In view of the above, no further orders are required. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
