% 06.09.2017 Matter is listed before the trial court on 21st September, 2017 on the arguments on charge. Petitioner filed an application before the trial court seeking permanent exemption from personal appearance during the trial. The said application has been dismissed by the trial court vide order dated 17th August, 2017, which has been impugned in this petition. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, petitioner is exempted from personal appearance on the next date of hearing, that is, 21st September, 2017. It is made clear that on the date fixed arguments of petitioner's counsel on charge may be heard irrespective of absence of petitioner.

Petition is disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid observations. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
