W.P.(C) 12985/2018 The issue involved in this writ petition pertains to certain dispute of employees working in the Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The jurisdiction vests with the Central Administrative Tribunal and therefore we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. The writ petition is dismissed.

In case the petitioner - Association is unable to invoke the jurisdiction of the Tribunal in a representative capacity, the employees concerned who

are beneficiaries of the same may invoke the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal.
