IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ CONT.CAS(C) 626/2017 MINDLOGICX INFRATTEX LIMITED ..... Petitioner Through Mr. Jogy Scaria, Advocate versus RAJESH KUMAR CHATURVEDI & ANR ..... Respondents Through Mr. Amit Bansal and Ms. Seema Dolo, Advocates for CBSE

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 05.12.2017 Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been furnished the copy of the order dated 08.06.2016, and has instructions to not to press the application any further with the liberty however, to assail the communication dated 08.06.2016, in accordance with law. Mr. Bansal, ld. counsel for the respondent-Central Board of Secondary Education, on his part also submits, that the order allegedly violated had come to be passed for the expeditious disposal of the petition, providing scope to communicate the decision taken, if, it is already taken.

Though, technically, it is taken to be so, but, the fact remains that the petitioner has been forced to file the instant contempt petition only to be provided the copy of the decision taken, which was passed way back on 08.06.2016. It does not speak well of the conduct of the

concerned Officer/officials of the CBSE. It is expected that in future they reflect with sensitivity. Suffice to say, a Board is well equipped, whereas, the other side are the individuals generally. Petition stands disposed off.
