This petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking assistance of this Court in summoning of the following witnesses with the record as mentioned hereinbelow:

Ministry of Railways, New Delhi".
relating to General Damages under the Indian Railways Standard Conditions of Contract.

The Arbitrator has already allowed the petitioner to seek assistance of this Court to summon the above witnesses. 3.
In view of the above, let summons for appearance along with the relevant information be issued to the abovementioned witnesses directing them to appear before Mr.Padam Kant Saxena, Sole Arbitrator on 20th November, 2018 at 2.00 p.m. at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Delhi High Court, New Delhi. 4.
The diet money shall be paid to the witnesses on their appearance before the Arbitrator.
