CRL.M.C. 3921/2017 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.91/2012, under Sections 380/411/448/454/506/120-B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the misunderstanding of fact, an agreement of rent was executed which resulted into misunderstanding between the parties, resulting into registration of FIR No.91/2012, under Sections 380/411/448/454/506/120-B/34 IPC at Police Station-Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi. Counsel further submits that after the registration of the FIR, the near relatives and the friends intervened and the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide compromise deed dated 30.08.2017. He further submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated further between the parties and submits that the FIR in question is coming as

hurdle in the way of the present petitioners. He further submits that the petitioners and the respondent No.2 want to lead peaceful life in near future and since all disputes have been settled between them, the FIR in question and all proceedings arising therefrom may be quashed. The respondent No.2/complainant, Smt.Guddi is present in Court today and has been identified by the Investigating Officer ASI Rohtash. The respondent No.2/complainant also admits that the matter has been amicably settled with the petitioners vide compromise deed dated 30.08.2017 and she has no claim or grievance left against the petitioners. She further submits that the settlement/compromise has taken place voluntarily, without any force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them and she has no objection if the FIR in question is quashed.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and nothing remains to be adjudicated further between them, to have peace in the personal life of the parties and to meet the ends of justice, I deem it appropriate to quash the FIR and all its subsequent proceedings. Consequently, FIR No.91/2012, under Sections 380/411/448/454/506/120-B/34 IPC, registered at Police Station-Baba Haridas Nagar, Delhi and all proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. Parties to remain bound by the terms of settlement dated 30.08.2017.
