upgradation/Assured Career Progression ("AGP") Scheme dated 09.08.1999 should be granted to them.
At the outset, Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel for the CRPF submits that directions have been issued to all Battalions to forward the names and after due verification of those entitled to it, appropriate orders may be made.
In view of this statement, respondents are hereby directed to ensure that the process is completed expeditiously and in any event within eight weeks from today and grant AGP benefits and release them on the basis of the petitioner's original date of appointment.
