% 18.01.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction in prayer (b) of the present petition directing the respondent no.2 to comply with the notification dated 29.01.2007 and 26.12.2007 and the law settled by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 4703/2011 which is followed in the case of Hena Dutta of respondent no.2 school in W.P.(C) No. 4853/2011 and consider the petitioner for two years automatic re-employment till November 2020. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 submits that as per the notification dated 24.11.2013, the extension of two years is not automatic, it is subject to the fitness and other eligibility criteria as per notification dated 24.09.2013.

In view of the above, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing

the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the notifications dated 29.01.2007 and 26.12.2007 and the decision taken by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 4703/2011 which has been followed by respondent no.2 school in case of Hena Dutta and notification dated 24.09.2013. I hereby make it clear that the whole exercise shall be completed by 2nd week of April, 2019.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within three days from the date of the decision.

Needless to state that this Court has not given any opinion on the merits of the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
