The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning a letter dated 24.10.2018, whereby the Appellate Authority has fixed the petitioner's appeal (Appeal No.8/2017) for hearing on 22.11.2018 at 15:30 hrs. The petitioner states that the said appeal had already been heard and reserved for orders and, therefore, is aggrieved by the said appeal being relisted for hearing.

The present petition is without merit. Since the Appellate Authority has fixed a hearing on 22.11.2018, no order by this Court is warranted. 4.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to attend the hearing scheduled on 22.11.2018.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending application is disposed of.
