This court has been informed that out of 33 witnesses 30 witnesses have been examined and it is only the investigating officer and two more formal witnesses who are yet to be examined. Learned trial court shall expedite the trial and ensure that the trial is completed within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of this order.
