% 25.04.2018 Petitioner has prayed for quashing of Complaint Case no. 1931/2016 titled Meena Bandha vs. Hero Motocorp Ltd. & Ors. pending in the court of Shri Deepak Kumar, Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini District Courts, Delhi. Counsel for the respondent, on instructions of respondent present in Court, submits that respondent has no objection in case aforesaid complaint case is quashed, subject to release of the amount lying deposited in this Court to respondent.

Accordingly, aforesaid complaint case filed by the respondent is quashed. Amount lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon, if any, be released by the Registry to the

respondent forthwith.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
