2. However, the parties are represented as noted above. Parties state that they have entered into a deed of settlement on 02.11.2019. The Settlement Deed signed and notarized has been tendered in Court and is taken on record. The same is accompanying a site plan of the property No. 4, Hailey Road, New Delhi-110001 with the relevant markings. We have perused the Settlement Deed and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Parties state that the original of the Settlement Deed is tendered in Court and the same is true and correct and the same be taken on record. Accordingly, the same is taken on record.

3. The present appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement. Parties

shall continue to remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed.
