ORDER

% 25.09.2017 Complaint of the petitioners is that they have been removed by the officials of respondent no. 1 from their vending sites at New Friends Colony, Near Surya Hotel, M.C.D.Park, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submits that the petitioners were temporarily removed as some civil drainage work was being carried out, and as of now they are back at their vending sites. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent no.l, the present writ petitions stand disposed of. C.M.32701/2017 in W.P.(0 7915/2017 C.M.32749/2017 in W.P.lCl 7924/2017 C.M.32762/2017 in W.P.fCl 7935/2017 The applications are dismissed in view of the order passed in the writ petitions.
