% 14.11.2018 The present petition is filed pursuant to order dated 30.10.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 557/2017. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is a lot of omissions in the present petition therefore he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. In view of the submissions made by the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the permission is granted. Let the fresh petition be filed within one week from today. Till then, the interim order dated 30.10.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court shall remain in force.
