% 16.09.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking grant of recognition to the petitioner institute. It is contended that the Medical Council of India (MCI) had recommended the case of the petitioner, however, formal letter of approval has not been issued by the Central Government.
It was contended by learned counsel for the Medical Council of India the matter was pending before the Oversight Committee appointed by the Supreme Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner W.P.(C) 8217/2015
