By this petition the petitioner had sought release on grant of parole for a period of two months to maintain social ties. In the petition the petitioner had essentially sought implementation of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 347/2017 whereby the Division Bench of this Court had directed the petitioner to file a fresh application for parole which was directed to be disposed of expeditiously. The said application has been disposed of by the competent authority vide communication dated 17th November, 2017. 2.

This communication dated 17th November, 2017 has now been challenged by the petitioner in W.P. (Crl.) No. 3522/2017. 3.

Since the decision of this Court in L.P.A. No. 347/2017 has already W.P.(CRL) 2539/2017

been complied by the competent authority, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
