Learned senior counsel for the defendant states that defendant has withdrawn the impugned advertisement and will not publish the same again.

Accordingly, as agreed, the suit is decreed by injuncting the defendant from publishing the impugned advertisement or any other advertisement which is similar to the impugned advertisement. 3.

Other reliefs as prayed for in the suit are not pressed on behalf of the plaintiffs without prejudice to the respective rights of the parties.
