The petition is disposed of with a request to the Court of Ms. Monika Saroha, SCJ-cum-RC (South-East), Saket Courts, New Delhi to decide the application of the petitioner under Section 45(3) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 latest by 17th October, 2017.
