% 20.11.2018 Vide the present petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 9.4.2018 allegedly to have been passed by the Disciplinary Authority.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has pointed out that against the said order the petitioner has filed an appeal which is pending for adjudication.

Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same and submits that he is satisfied if this Court directs the respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner in a time bound manner. Consequently, I hereby direct the respondents to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner challenging the order dated 9.5.2018 within

four weeks from today.

Decision to be taken by the respondents shall be conveyed to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

I hereby made it clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Court.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
