It appears that the Plaintiff is not interested in moving such an application. Consequently, Deputy Registrar (Original) is directed to get the records scan and return the plaint to Counsel for the Plaintiff for its presentation before the concerned Court to obtain jurisdiction after retaining a copy thereof on record. They state that they

-2CS(OS) 2549/2015 have instructions to appear in the matter. Ms. Mudrika Bansal stated that the territorial jurisdiction of this Court lies with the District Judge, District Court Sonepat (Haryana). She prays that a date for appearance of the parties before the learned District Judge, District Court Sonepat (Haryana) may be fixed. Accordingly, with the consent of both the Counsel 13th October, 2017 is fixed as the date for appearance of the parties before the Learned District Judge, District Court Sonepat (Haryana). Since, the date has been fixed with consent of Counsel for both the parties, no seprate notice is required to be given in terms of order VII Rule 10-A Code of Civil Procedure.

Parties to appear before the learned District Court, Sonepat (Haryana) on 13th October, 2017.

Deputy Registrar, (Original) is directed to get the records scanned, retain a copy on records and return the plaint to the Counsel for plaintiff for its presentation before the Court of learned District Judge, Sonepat.
