% 07.02.2019 Vide impugned order of 1st September, 2017 bail granted to petitioner in FIR No.292/2016, under Sections 406/420/409 of IPC, registered at police station Anand Vihar, Delhi has been cancelled as the petitioner had not honoured the undertaking given to the court when bail was granted to him. It is also noted in the impugned order that petitioner had failed to disclose his current correct address and despite direction, petitioner had not appeared before the court concerned.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2/complainant submits that till date petitioner has not honoured the terms of settlement of 10th March, 2017.

Since none appears on behalf of petitioner even on the third call in the post-lunch session, this petition alongwith application is dismissed in default.
