O R D E R

% 06.11.2015 The prayer of the petitioner for being released on parole for approaching the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for filing SLP, for arranging funds for engaging a senior counsel and for re-establishing social ties has been rejected by the competent authority vide order dated 23.07.2015. The competent authority took note of the fact that the petitioner was punished five times while in jail. The last punishment was given on 21.08.2015 when the petitioner misbehaved with the search team on duty, in the ward.

Considering the conduct of the petitioner in jail, this Court is not inclined to release him on parole even for the purposes of preferring SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The petitioner, if he so desires, can prefer SLP from the jail where free legal aid is available to him. The petition is dismissed.
