O R D E R

% 07.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that she has to re-establish social ties, find suitable match for her daughter and look after her husband.

A status report has been handed-over as per which after the communication dated 4th September, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner, the petitioner has availed of a furlough with effect from 24th September, 2018 and a two week furlough has also been granted to the petitioner which the petitioner can avail. This Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through the Superintendent Tihar Jail.
