By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for grant of parole for a period of three months on the ground of filing SLP before Hon'ble Supreme Court and for reconnecting social ties with the family & society.

Status report on behalf of the State has been filed which is to the following effect:- "In this regard it is submitted that after receipt of instant petition enquiry has been conducted at the given address of petitioner i.e. D-496, Peera Garhi Relief Camp Delhi where Smt.Priya w/o Subhash was found residing with her family who stated that petitioner had resided at this address for 10 years as tenant and she knows her very well but she is not relative or W.P.(CRL) 1893/2015

family member of petitioner. Whereas at the 2nd address i.e. C203, Peera Garhi Relief Camp, Delhi, Joginder Pal S/o Kishori Lal was found residing at the given address and he is vegetable vendor and petitioner had been selling vegetables with Joginder Pal at the above address. It has been found that petitioner has neither any permanent abode nor any family member in Delhi."

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that petitioner has no other address.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner seeking parole at this stage is declined with liberty to approach as and when he is able to furnish fresh address where he would reside in case he is released on parole.

Writ petition is hereby dismissed. The Petitioner may file the SLP from the Jail.

The Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
