% 02.02.2016 CA 310/2016 (under Rule 100 read with Rule 9 of the Companies Court Rules, 1959 This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties. The application bears the signatures of the counsel for the parties. It is also supported by the affidavit of the authorised representative of the parties before me.

It is averred in the application that the parties have settled their disputes. Broadly, under the terms of settlement, the respondent is to pay a sum of Rs.71,98,000/- to the petitioner, which is inclusive of interest subject to applicable withholding tax. This amount is to be paid by the respondent within 7 days of disposal of the captioned application.

The application is disposed of, in terms of the settlement. The parties undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement. CO.PET. 633/2015 No further orders are called for, in the captioned petition, in view of the order passed in CA 310/2016.
