% 26.11.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner, submitted, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, the petitioner seeking liberty to pursue remedies vis-a-vis the FIR No. 469/2010 which was registered by police station Shakarpur on 15.06.2010 respecting the injuries suffered by him, the case arising wherefrom is presently pending trial in the court of Metropolitan Magistrate. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner will have the liberty to pursue such remedies as may be available to him under the law with reference to afore-mentioned FIR.
