In this disposed of rent revision, the petitioner/applicant has filed this application for modification of order dated 11.03.2024. That is the reason, the application has been placed before this bench even after change of roster. The order dated 11.03.2024 was a consent order. Now that order is sought to be set aside contending that an application under Order XXII CPC remains pending. But no such application is found on record. Even counsel for the applicant is unable to point out any such application. Prima facie, this application appears to be frivolous. But adjournment requested by counsel for applicant on the ground of illness of arguing counsel. 3.
