% 15.11.2018 Since evidence of the mother of the prosecutrix is yet to be recorded and the matter is fixed for 11.01.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one in due course.

The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that every endeavour shall be made to record the mother‟s evidence on the said date. In the circumstance, the petition, alongwith pending application, stands dismissed as withdrawn.
