Criminal Leave Petition under Section 372 read with Section of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitoners against the Order and Judgment dated 27.08.2018 of learned Metropolitan Magistrate-03, South West District, Dwarka Court, New Delhi in Case FIR No. 100/2001 under Section 147/149/308/323/427/506/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Bindapur (old PS Dabri) whereby the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 have been acquitted. 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions, submits that since Yuvdeep Solanki is not contesting, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Criminal Leave Petition with liberty that in case, the Cross-Criminal Leave Petition bearing CRL.L.P. 625/2017, is revived then he may also be permitted to revive the present Criminal Leave Petition. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the present Criminal Leave Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
