This suit is disposed of in terms of the compromise order that defendant will handover vacant physical possession of the suit property to the plaintiff on or before 15.5.2018. On such possession being handed over by the defendant to the plaintiff on or before 15.5.2018 the plaintiff gives up all monetary claims as against the defendant. 2.

Let the defendant file an affidavit of undertaking in this Court in terms of the present order within a period of one week from today, and on the defendant filing an undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, defendant will have time to vacate the suit premises till 15.5.2018. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
