They also state that they join the prayer in the writ petition and the impugned order may be set aside. We have offered to them that we could provide the legal aid in case they do not understand the consequences of their statement. However, they state that they understand the issues and do not wish to contest the present petition.

In view of the aforesaid, we allow the present petition and set aside the impugned order.
