The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directions commanding the Respondent Nos. i and 2 to initiate appropriate criminal proceedings against the Respondent No. 3 to 13 while registering the cases under the provisions of Indian Penal Code and Prevention of Corruption Act and the other appropriate law against the officials of the Indian Bank as well as other provisions against the other Respondents.

ii) Direct the Respondent No. 2 to consider the suggestions made by the Petitioner and incorporate them for the safeguard for the public large. iii) Issue any such further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.
