% 19.01.2018 Learned counsel for the assessee states that the refund order has been issued. We were inclined to impose costs, but it is stated that the refund order was passed on the date, when the writ petition itself was listed and there was a demand, which was deleted vide order dated 26.5.2017. We are, therefore, not imposing costs. The petition is disposed of.
