This application stands disposed of.

FAO(OS) 504/2015 & CM 18364/2015(stay) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. We are not going into the merits of the matter for the present inasmuch as the application, being IA 11722/2015, is still pending before the learned Single Judge. We only feel that an early date of hearing should be given in this matter as an interim order is operating against the appellant.

Accordingly, we direct that the said IA 11722/2015 be listed before the learned Single Judge on 15.09.2015, in the first instance, for directions. The learned counsel for the appellant undertakes to inform all the other respondents, who are not present, through the counsel, who appeared for the parties, in the suit before the learned Single Judge. The remaining respondents, who have not yet entered appearance in the suit, may be served through e-mail. It will be open to the learned Single Judge to determine as to whether the service to them is necessary or not.

The appeal stands disposed of.
