% 12.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 31st August, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 709/2015 under Sections 467/468/471/420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj North on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by Inspector Rakesh Kumar, P.S. Malviya Nagar. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She admits having received

`10,00,000/- from the petitioners. The balance settled amount of `38,00,000/- has been paid by the petitioners to the respondent no. 2, vide three pay orders, photocopies whereof have been placed on record at pages 63 to 65. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 709/2015 under Sections 467/468/471/420/34 IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj North and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
