% 07.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 were neighbours at the relevant time. On the complaint of respondent no.2 FIR 116/2010 under Section 354 IPC was registered at PS New Ashok Nagar. Respondent no.2 is married and is living outside Delhi. Respondent no.2 says that with the intervention of family members, matter has been settled between her and petitioner and she is not willing to pursue aforementioned FIR against the petitioner. She further says that FIR may be quashed.

Affidavit of respondent no.2 is on record at pages 10-11 wherein she has stated that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case as detailed above, in the interest of justice, FIR 116/2010 under Section 354 IPC registered at PS New Ashok Nagar and the consequent

proceedings emanating thereform are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
