% 01.03.2017 BAIL APPLN. 1773/2015 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and complainant. Learned counsel for complainant is present in Court and has confirmed this fact. In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and complainant, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
