Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record (for the perusal of this Court) the expert opinion qua the dispute raised by the petitioner for three questions. Learned counsel for the respondent points out that qua question No. 2, the answer of the petitioner appears to be correct. He will be awarded two marks on that count. Qua question No. 39, the question was not properly framed and as such the benefit of two marks will be given to the petitioner. Qua question No. 28, the answer of the petitioner is incorrect. The end result would be that the petitioner would qualify with four marks.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
