% 13.09.2017 The petitioner No. 1, after converting to Hindu religion, has married the petitioner No. 2. Both the petitioners apprehend troubles at the hands of respondent No. 3 and his son.
This Court has been informed that petitioner No. 1 is pregnant for about 6 months by now.
Ms. Richa Kapoor, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in case the petitioners, in future, would have any apprehension of any untoward incident, it will be open for them to approach the SHO of the concerned police station who shall act with urgent despatch. The telephone number of the SHO and another police officer, it has been argued, shall be provided to the petitioner.
In case of any call from the petitioners, it is expected that the SHO of the concerned police station shall take prompt action for the safety and security of the petitioners.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Dasti.
