The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR bearing no. 0666/2017 under Sections 323/354/452/34 of IPC and Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 registered with P.S. Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, be quashed. 2.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She had reported that three of the petitioners had mercilessly beaten her minor son as well as her daughter. The petitioners state that they have entered into a compromise with the respondents and their differences and disputes have now been resolved.
copy of the said compromise (Memo of Understanding dated 03.10.2018) had also been placed on record. 3.
Although an amended memo of parties has been filed, the same is not on record. A copy of the same have been handed over to this Court. The same is taken on record. Respondent nos. 6 and 7 are minors and have been arrayed through their father Shakeel Ahmad.

The respondents are present in Court and confirm that they have no grievance against the petitioners. They also join the petitioners and pray that the FIR in question be quashed.

The respondents are identified by the Investigating Officer and the petitioners are identified by their counsel.

In view of the statements made by the petitioners and the respondents, this Court considers it apposite to quash the FIR in question. Accordingly, the FIR no. 0666/2017 under Sections 323/354/452/34 IPC and Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 registered with P.S. Jamia Nagar, New Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties - the petitioners and respondent no.2 to 7 - shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein.
