% 29.02.2016 I.A. No. 2759/2016 By this application, the parties seek early hearing and disposal of the suit since the disputes have been settled.

Application allowed. The suit is taken up today itself. CS(OS) 2743/2015 The settlement agreement dated 12.02.2016 arrived at between the plaintiff and defendant No.1 in mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has been placed on record. The same is signed by the parties and their respective counsel and the learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable. Under the settlement, the plaintiff has agreed to withdraw the present suit. The settlement is accepted and the parties shall remain bound by the said settlement.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement. Since the parties have arrived at a settlement, the plaintiff shall be entitled to refund of the Court Fees.
